OnChainManifests
Validator manifests, including key rotations and revocations, can be published on ledger with a new SetManifest transaction; nodes that are syncing read them before the rest of the state, resolving validator keys within seconds.
OnChainManifests has been enabled on the XahauTestnet Network since its first ledger.
